Exalon Care Homes Limited is a privately owned Care Home Group, specialising in the care and support of individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs including those whom present with challenging behaviours.
The Company was founded in 2000, and opened its first home in July 2001. It has an experienced, multi-disciplinary Management and Operations Team.
With homes in Worcester and Wiltshire, our aim is to provide a safe and stable environment which will permit Services Users in our homes to live with dignity, whilst retaining their individuality and freedom of choice.
Through Person Centred Planning, we individually tailor care and support packages to suit the needs of the Service User. Placing a high emphasis on enjoyable daily living, nutrition, activities, outings and holidays.
